The EVK Logistics mobile application and mobile responsive website (collectively, “EVK Logistics”), administered by Close Look, is for your personal use and information. Use of EVK Logistics is subject to the following Terms and applicable laws. By downloading and using EVK Logistics, you accept the Terms, without limitation or qualification. You are responsible to ensure that your access to EVK Logistics and material available therein are legal in each jurisdiction in which you download or use EVK Logistics. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EVK Logistics's mobile app and Website, EVK Logistics.app and all its subdomains.

By accessing EVK Logistics website or mobile app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Please do not use EVK Logistics if you do not agree with any of the Terms & Conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Information Use

You agree to receive SMS Text messages, email and mobile notifications when certain events occurs such as when your prescription is ready or when a new prespription refill is created.

If you no longer wish to share your information with EVK Logistics, or if you would like to delete your account and all your data, please contact support at support@evkLogistics.ca

Exclusion of Warranties

EVK Logistics makes no representation or warranty regarding the functionality, condition or suitability for use of the app. ALL MATERIAL OR INFORMATION ON THIS EVK Logistics APP IS PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EVK Logistics AND ITS AFFILIATED AND RELATED ENTITIES, AND ITS LICENSORS AND JOINT VENTURE PARTNERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, WRITTEN OR ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. These exclusions are in addition to any specific exclusion otherwise provided in these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

EVK Logistics WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, EITHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, FOR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE MATERIAL, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF ANY KIND, DELAY OF OR PARTIAL DELIVERY, TERMINATION OF RIGHTS OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OR GOODWILL, WHETHER ON A CONTRACTUAL OR EXTRACONTRACTUAL BASIS, OR TO PROVIDE INDEMNIFICATION OR ANY OTHER REMEDY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using and accessing EVK Logistics.

At EVK Logistics we endeavour to include accurate and up-to-date information on the EVK Logistics App. However, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or currency of information presented on EVK Logistics. EVK Logistics shall not be held responsible for any action taken that is based on the information presented on the EVK Logistics App, and you agree that all use of the EVK Logistics App, its content, or its services, is solely at your own risk.
